How long will it take to fix my computer?
When you first make contact with us, we will spend a few minutes ascertaining what the problem is so that we can give you an estimated repair time and cost. Usually drop ins to the office will take around 4-48 hours depending on our workload. We also offer our "pickup and repair" fixed costs, fixed times services. We will guarantee to complete the work with in time frame you have chosen, 24 or 48 hours or 3-5 days. We will also pickup and drop off your kit to your house with this service.
How much will it cost?
When you first make contact with us, we will spend a few minutes ascertaining what the problem is so that we can give you an estimated repair time and cost. When we inspect the item upon delivery and find it will cost more than we originally quoted we will phone to get your permission before carrying out any work.
Will all of my data be wiped?
We take great care with your machine during repairs, but would urge all of our customers to make backups of all of their data before bringing kit into us. Virus removal and failing hardware can lead to a loss of data, but we do everything in our power to make sure this does not happen. We also offer a data backup facility which you can opt into before any repairs are under taken.
What guarantee on your work do you provide?
Any labour carried out at your home or our office is covered by our 1 month guarantee. If the same problem happens again within a month of being fixed, and it is not related to a virus or misuse we will fix it for free. If you purchase new hardware from us we provide you with a one year hardware guarantee. We also sell second hand equipment, which we cover with a three month hardware guarantee.
Are you apart of a franchise?
No, we are not! Frometech was founded in 2014 by Jamie Seviour, who still manages the company today.

We regularly undertake research into new products and technologies, and we also train up staff with Microsoft certification.
