It's so difficult to balance the desire to support local businesses and still receive the highest quality products and service. However, I recently discovered a local technical repair company that gave me the best of both worlds. I called Frometech because I had blown the graphics card on my home computer. Not only was the work completed within 24 hours, they also picked up the machine AND returned it after the work was complete. After a brief conversation with me about my computing needs, they had found a perfect replacement for my old graphics card - and the entire bill (including the graphics card!) was under 100 quid. As if that wasn't phenomenal enough, the talented young man who worked on my machine was kind, understanding and really willing to listen to what I wanted. That kind of high quality customer service seems so difficult to find these days in combination with excellent technical service. But it's right here and I am now a devoted customer of Frometech.
