- We will always respond to a support job within the terms of your Service Level Agreement, we won’t miss our agreement with you.
- If we’re late (due to to traffic etc.) and it’s our fault, we won’t charge you for the time we spend on that job.
- If you’re not completely happy with the quality of the job we did, just let us know. We will work on the job until you are completely happy with it
- We will always send out qualified engineers to fix your IT, you can always expect expertly qualified technicians
- We carry out some repairs remotely, if you would rather us be on site, that’s fine, let us know when you call us
